A way to refocus attention, quiet the noise, and realign mind, heart, spirit, and steps with God’s order when life gets loud, distracting, and disorienting.

Keep my mind

“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”

What I hold in my mind becomes my posture.
When my mind stays on God, peace becomes steady.

My heart is a gate.
What enters shapes what exits—words, decisions, direction.
Guarding my heart protects my future.

“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.”

A renewed spirit keeps me responsive instead of reactive.
Clean. Clear. Steady.
Strength without ego.

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.”

Ordered steps keep me from rushing ahead or drifting off.
I walk in timing.
I walk in obedience.
I walk straight.
